Sideways is a Dutch symphonic rock band that is synonymous with melody, atmosphere, emotion and rock.
From the moment that:
Alex Visser (vocals and guitar),
Jurriaan Visser (keyboards),
Gerwin Gabry (lead guitar and backing vocals),
Berry Hoogeveen (drum) and
Corné Gietman (bass)
met to write their own work in 2003, the composition has remained unchanged. In the course of years, a very unique sound is created due to their intensive interplay, in which power and refinement go hand in hand. The previous albums were already successful, highly rated in the MusicMaker (twice four stars) and IO pages. The recently released`album ‘Test of Time’ is their fifth – and if we can believe the fans – best studio album to date. Sideways always knows how to put on a tight show live!
